ShieldIQ provides automated firewall policy auditing, security scoring, and compliance mapping. The service analyzes firewall configurations you upload and generates findings, recommendations, and reports.
You may only upload firewall configurations that you own or have explicit authorization to audit. You agree not to upload configs belonging to networks you do not manage or have permission to assess.
ShieldIQ provides automated security analysis as a tool to assist IT professionals. Findings and recommendations are generated algorithmically and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before implementation. ShieldIQ is not a substitute for professional security consulting or penetration testing.
ShieldIQ is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to network outages, security breaches, or compliance failures arising from acting on or failing to act on our recommendations.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds for one-time audits are available within 7 days if no report has been generated. Subscription refunds are prorated to the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in unauthorized scanning, or use the service for malicious purposes.
